本頁補充 Goes Everywhere 原有私隱政策，說明網上詢價及訂單服務處理資料的方式。請勿上傳與訂單無關的敏感資料或付款資料。This page supplements the existing Goes Everywhere privacy policy and explains data handling for online enquiries and orders. Do not upload sensitive information unrelated to your order or payment details.
收集及用途Collection and use
我們收集你提交的姓名、聯絡電話、收貨國家或地區、備註、商品名稱、數量、商品連結及詢價圖片，用於查詢、報價、跟單、配送安排及售後。詢價表單不要求信用卡號碼或證件。We collect submitted names, contact numbers, delivery countries or regions, notes, product names, quantities, product links and enquiry images to handle enquiries, quotes, orders, delivery arrangements and after-sales support. The enquiry form does not request card numbers or identity documents.
網站及安全服務供應商Website and security providers
此服務使用 Cloudflare 提供網站服務、D1 訂單資料儲存、Turnstile 防濫用驗證及 Access 管理登入保護。Cloudflare 可能為提供服務及保安而處理 IP 位址、瀏覽器及裝置訊號、登入識別資料及相關日誌；具體處理依其政策及服務設定。此頁不保證資料只存於某一國家或地區。This service uses Cloudflare for hosting, D1 order storage, Turnstile abuse prevention and Access protection for admin sign-in. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, browser and device signals, sign-in identifiers and related logs for service delivery and security, according to its policies and service settings. This page does not promise storage exclusively in any one country or region.
瀏覽器本機儲存Storage in your browser
購物車、加入購物車的詢價圖片及語言偏好保存在該瀏覽器的本機儲存；提交成功後會清空購物車。關閉頁面不會自動刪除尚未提交的購物車。PWA 亦會快取介面及產品資料供離線瀏覽。你可透過瀏覽器清除本網站資料，移除本機儲存及快取；這不會刪除已提交到伺服器的訂單。Your cart, enquiry images added to it and language preference are stored locally in that browser. The cart is cleared after a successful submission. Closing the page does not delete an unsubmitted cart. The PWA also caches interface and catalogue data for offline browsing. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes local storage and caches, but does not delete orders already submitted to the server.
資料披露及第三方服務Sharing and third-party services
只在處理訂單、付款、物流、售後或適用要求所需範圍，向相關服務供應商提供必要資料。商品連結及商戶提供的付款連結可能通往第三方平台，使用時適用各平台的私隱政策。此網站不直接處理信用卡付款。Necessary information is shared with relevant providers only as needed for orders, payment arrangements, logistics, after-sales support or applicable requirements. Product links and merchant-supplied payment links may lead to third-party platforms with their own privacy policies. This website does not process credit card payments directly.
保存及刪除安排Retention and deletion
資料只在處理查詢、訂單、售後及履行適用要求所需期間保留，並由商戶定期檢視。現時未設定統一固定保存日數或自動刪除功能。你可以提出查閱、更正或刪除要求；我們會核實身分並按實際需要及適用要求處理，不保證所有資料可立即刪除。Information is retained only as needed for enquiries, orders, after-sales support and applicable requirements, with periodic review by the merchant. No single fixed retention period or automatic deletion feature is currently configured. You may request access, correction or deletion. We will verify your identity and handle the request according to practical needs and applicable requirements; immediate deletion of all records is not guaranteed.
保安及聯絡Security and contact
我們採取合理保安措施，但網絡傳輸及電子儲存不能保證完全安全。如需查詢、更正或提出刪除要求，請透過 WhatsApp +852 6297 6691 聯絡，並提供相關訂單編號。請勿傳送管理密鑰、驗證碼或完整信用卡資料。We take reasonable security measures, but internet transmission and electronic storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure. For questions, corrections or deletion requests, contact WhatsApp +852 6297 6691 with the relevant order reference. Do not send admin keys, verification codes or full card details.
